ShortsPulse — Creator analytics and automation tool
Overview
ShortsPulse is a desktop and web-based tool that helps creators manage, upload and analyze their own short-form video content.
Data We Process
- Account connection information
- OAuth access and refresh tokens when a user connects a platform account
- Video metadata such as titles, publishing status and analytics
- Uploaded video files selected by the user
- Basic usage and technical logs needed to operate the service
How We Use Data
- To authenticate connected accounts
- To upload user-selected videos as drafts or posts depending on the platform integration
- To display analytics and publishing status inside the user dashboard
- To troubleshoot errors and improve the service
TikTok Data
When a user connects TikTok, ShortsPulse uses TikTok OAuth and requests only the permissions needed for the selected integration. For TikTok draft uploads, ShortsPulse uses the permission to upload user-selected videos. ShortsPulse does not sell TikTok data, does not use TikTok data for advertising, does not scrape TikTok, and does not automate likes, comments, follows or views.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is only shared with connected platforms when the user chooses to use that integration, or with infrastructure providers required to operate the service.
Data Storage and Security
Tokens and account information should be stored securely and access should be limited to the authenticated user. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect data.
User Control
Users can disconnect connected accounts, stop using the service, and request deletion of stored account data.
