Overview

ShortsPulse is a creator tool for managing, uploading and analyzing short-form video content.

User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for the content they upload
• Users must own the rights to their videos, audio, captions and metadata
• Users must comply with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and other connected platform rules
• Users must not use ShortsPulse for spam, misleading content, illegal content or platform manipulation

TikTok Integration

If TikTok is connected, ShortsPulse may allow users to upload selected videos to TikTok as drafts using TikTok's official APIs. Users remain responsible for reviewing and publishing content inside TikTok. ShortsPulse does not guarantee reach, views, likes, followers or monetization.

No Platform Manipulation

ShortsPulse does not provide fake engagement, views, likes, comments, followers, scraping or automated interaction with other users.

Service Availability

The service may change, pause or stop features depending on platform API availability, review status or technical limitations.

Limitation of Liability

ShortsPulse is provided as a creator productivity tool. We are not responsible for account restrictions, content removal, platform decisions or lost revenue caused by misuse or third-party platform rules.
